Terms of Service
1. The service
INVEXA is a subscription research product for public markets, IPOs and selected private companies. It provides AI-assisted research, published research picks with entry, target and stop levels, portfolio monitoring, an IPO radar, private-market profiles and an in-app scorecard of every published pick. The service provides general information and education only; see the Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or resell content, or violate these terms.
3. Trial, plans and billing
- Trial. Each person may start one 7-day trial of Pro features, without a card. The trial starts when your email address is confirmed and ends automatically; nothing is charged. One trial per person applies across accounts, identified by a one-way hash of your email address (see the Privacy Policy).
- Paid plans only. After the trial, product features are available only on a paid plan (Investor, Pro or Team). Without one, your account is locked: you can still sign in, manage billing and export your data, and your data is kept.
- Buying during a trial never shortens it: you keep the trial's features until it ends, then your plan continues.
- Renewal and cancellation. Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel from your account at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for and no further charge is made.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, access continues for a 7-day grace period while you update your payment method, then the account locks until payment succeeds.
- Refunds. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any plan, and within 14 days of an annual renewal, once per customer. A refund ends access to the refunded period immediately. If a legal restriction in your jurisdiction or the loss of a data licence removes a paid feature during your term, we refund the affected period pro rata.
- Plan changes. Switching between Investor and Pro, changing billing cycle or changing Team seats is done in the billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference.
- Prices. Prices may change for new subscribers. Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days' notice, applied at the next renewal. Founding Member pricing applies to the first year of an annual plan only.
- Taxes. AED prices for personal plans include UAE VAT; Team prices exclude VAT. Tax is added to USD prices where we are required to charge it.
3a. Team plans
Team is a licence for internal professional use by the named members of one organisation. Research may be shared inside that organisation but not redistributed to its clients or the public. The owner manages seats (3 to 10 self-serve); members inherit Team access only while their seat is active, and removing or pausing a member never deletes that member's own data. AI usage allowances are pooled across the team, with no single member using more than half of a pooled allowance.
4. Acceptable use
Subscriptions are personal. You may not redistribute, resell, or systematically extract picks, scores, or research content; frame the service into another product; or use the content to train competing models. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution is welcome.
5. Intellectual property
The service, its content, design, and software are the property of INVEXA or its licensors. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and remains subject to their terms.
6. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, or current, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any investment outcome will be achieved. AI-generated content may contain errors. Model estimates, calibration statistics and backtests describe how a method behaved on historical data; they are not a track record. A listing-readiness score is a rules-based assessment, not a probability that a company will list.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INVEXA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, or data, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period where the termination is not for abuse.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales sitting in London have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
