Terms of Service
1. The service
INVEXA is a subscription research product for public markets, IPOs and selected private opportunities. It provides AI-generated research, published signals with entry, target and stop levels, portfolio monitoring, an IPO Finder, a private-market radar and a scored public record. The service provides information and education only — see the Risk Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or resell content, or violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Prices for new subscribers may change with notice on the pricing page.
4. Acceptable use
Subscriptions are personal. You may not redistribute, resell, or systematically extract picks, scores, or research content; frame the service into another product; or use the content to train competing models. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution is welcome.
5. Intellectual property
The service, its content, design, and software are the property of INVEXA or its licensors. Market data is sourced from third-party providers and remains subject to their terms.
6. No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, or current, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any investment outcome will be achieved. AI-generated content may contain errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INVEXA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, or data, arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period where the termination is not for abuse.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales sitting in London have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or connected with these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
